Greetings!

Hello and Happy Spring Season,

Pilates Core Integration and The Pilates Society are pleased to offer an Anatomy in Clay workshop presented by Virginia Nicholas, M.A., R.N. and Katharine Powell, L.M.T. of Moving Breath Pilates and Pilates Core Integration. It will be held May 16, 17, 2009.

During the workshop students build major muscles on a mannequin with clay. This is a hands on approach to learning the muscles and the way they work in relation to movement.

We also incorporate a review of the major muscles you have just built through performance of the Pilates exercises.

It is a lot of fun and a great way for those of us who are visual learners to improve our teaching skills in all fields of exercise and movement.

@@@ LEARNING OBJECTIVES
