Duet Lessons
Pilates with a friend, family member or spouse is a great way to stay motivated and accountable while getting in shape. Both the clients will have their individual needs met and a Pilate’s workout will be customized for both clients.

Group Equipment Classes
Are perfect for individuals who have broader, less specific goals with no major health or physical limitations.  We work together and everyone benefits. 

Our classes are performed on the reformer, cadillac and split chairs.  We have classes all day, every day.  We recommend that you choose two to three classes per week and schedule yourself out to ensure your spot.  This also allows you to progress your Pilates workout efficiently and keep your practice consistent.

*You must have a minimum of 5 private lessons or been taking equipment classes at another studio to partake in class.

Group Exercise
Will get you moving in a friendly and supportive environment.  Classes are designed for all levels.  Group Exercise classes are drop-in classes and can be taken by anyone at any time and require no experience.

Class limit: 6

Mat Pilates
Focuses specifically on the core using gravity and the body's own resistance.  This is a non- impact, non weight bearing class developing strength and flexibility.  Flowing movement helps improve posture, increase freedom of movement, and reduce physical tension.

Ballet Barre
Tone and refine your entire body with a combination of Ballet and Pilates technique both on and off the barre.  Joseph Pilates worked with many dancers and part of his Ladder Barrel exercises included a Ballet series.  The Ballet Barre class goes through the Classical series that Mr. Pilates created, and adds in additional work created by professional dancer, Virginia Nicholas.  At the end of the Ballet portion, we go through a series of exercises on the Magic Ring and hand weights, and finish with Mat work. This class is designed to LIFT ~ TONE ~ BURN.
