Sessions and packages are non-refundable, non transferable, and expire
90 days from the purchase date.






Cancellations

The Pilates Society adheres to a strict cancellation policy. All clients MUST cancel before 5:00 pm the day before the scheduled lesson in order to not be charged the full amount.

You may call 480-513-1911 and leave a voicemail.  Call your instructor.  Email: info@thepilatessociety.com.  Or go online to your account and cancel yourself out.  You may do this by clicking on the Schedule tab on our website.  If you have not created your account, this is where you will do it.

There are no childcare facilities, please make other arrangements for your children while in session.

Checks are accepted, however, if a check is returned, there will be a $35 fee and another form of payment will need to be used.

Specialty Classes & Commitment Classes
Clients may miss up to two classes. If the client misses a class, they will be allowed to take another class to make-up the missed session. The missed class can be made up with any All-Level Group Equipment class that the instructor of their class teaches. These make-up classes must be completed within two weeks of the class ending.
